"Allowances" are produced that will cover only part of your requirements and costly material shortages arise, which can adversely impact your construction budget.

Price Protection
Once you've decided to build with Kamiros Homes, we will freeze the price of your home package for six months or longer, which far surpasses the industry norm of thirty days.
